We are seeking a full-time New Center Development Coordinator to support the opening of new centers. This role involves tracking project progress, providing regular updates to departments, collecting feedback, and sharing information with the project leader. This is an ideal position for someone organized and detail-oriented.
Salary starting at $50,000/annually (flexible dependent upon experience).

- Maintain on-going communication with multiple internal departments
- Track and report on the progress of facilities projects
- Collect updates and feedback from various departments while storing notes in shared location
- Share notes and updates with the project leader
- Maintain organized project documentation and records
- Escalate delays or other critical information to key department leaders as they influence deadlines
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative, project coordination, or tenant services roles
- Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
- Working knowledge of lease terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and real estate taxes
- Proficient in understanding management agreements and contract language
- Working knowledge of computer software programs and base building systems
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including but not limited to overnight travel, on call after hours and weekends
