Overview

SCHEELS is seeking an individual who has a passion for digital marketing in regard to sales and analytics. Above all, this individual should encompass a willingness to learn and embrace a culture of hard work and collaboration. The Digital Marketing Analyst Intern will work hands-on to assist in creating, deploying and analyzing channel results in addition to learning execution strategies for Scheels.com. You will have access to our digital and mobile properties using syndicated monitoring tools and will have the opportunity to deliver insights to decision-makers about campaign performance. This position will work with a variety of roles and departments to assist in driving customer experience and sales for all of SCHEELS.com. Responsibilities

• Learn a variety of tasks related to the different analyst opportunities within the e-commerce office
• Assist in creating, deploying and analyzing email/push/text campaigns to Scheels customers
• Assist in analyzing channel traffic and sales data to identify trends and producing actionable insights
• Fielding requests from within the E-commerce team to perform one-off analyses to make quick decisions
• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Education & Experience

Ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related field.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
