The Onboarding and Order Administration Analyst is crucial in processing orders for materials and merchandise, ensuring a seamless experience for sales staff and direct customers. This role involves maintaining customer files, including sales contracts and relevant documentation, while managing various administrative tasks related to order fulfillment. Creative problem-solving is essential for addressing customer onboarding issues. Additionally, this role offers:
