Testing Technician

Our company is looking for a Testing Technician at our Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, PA.! You'll join a team of innovative and accomplished providers, surgeons, and clinical care staff. We are looking for a passionate, patient focused individual to join a busy but amazing team where your work makes a real difference!  We offer training for those with a medical background!

What You Will Do:   

• Visual Fields  
• OCT  
• Corneal Topography 
• Slit Lamp Photography  
• Cross train to assist physicians 

What You Will Bring:    

• Medical background a plus
• Experience in ophthalmology is a PLUS! 
• Be a self-starter, motivated to stay current with new technologies. 
• Have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. 
• Have the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with staff, doctors and patients. 
• Be able to handle a heavy workload with multiple priorities. 
• Have excellent professional judgment. 
• MUST be willing to travel between multiple offices and departments when needed.
