NOYACK is seeking a dynamic leader to join our C-suite as a Co-Founder & Head of Strategic Partnerships to take our outreach and business development efforts to the next level.

NOYACK is an innovative start-up dedicated to redefining personal wealth management for Millennials, HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet), and Gen Z. We combine deep financial education with direct access to alternative investments, breaking traditional barriers and aligning investments with personal life goals and values. The Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Noyack’s impact by building high-value relationships with financial influencers, industry leaders, and mission-aligned organizations. Your work will directly drive both revenue and brand growth, leveraging your expertise to scale our efforts across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.

What You'll Do

As our first Partnership hire, you'll be both the architect and builder of our partnership function. While this is a senior role, expect to roll up your sleeves and execute every aspect of partnership development as we scale from the ground up.

Build Our Partnership Engine From Scratch

  • Design and implement our entire partnership strategy and processes
  • Create our outreach playbooks, pitch materials, and partnership frameworks
  • Establish tracking systems and success metrics from day one
  • Own every aspect of execution initially, from cold outreach to deal closing

Drive Direct Revenue Through Partnerships

  • Personally identify and reach out to potential partners across D2C brands, B2B organizations, and creators
  • Build our first strategic partnerships through hands-on prospecting, pitching, and relationship building
  • Negotiate and close deals independently, serving as the face of our partnership efforts
  • Track and optimize partnership performance to demonstrate clear ROI

Create Our Influencer Strategy

  • Map out and connect with key creators in the personal finance space
  • Build our first creator relationships through direct outreach and networking
  • Design, execute, and measure initial influencer campaigns
  • Develop scalable templates for future influencer collaborations

Establish Foundation for Scale

  • Set up and manage our partnership CRM in HubSpot from the ground up
  • Document processes and best practices as you discover what works
  • Identify when and where to add team members as we grow
  • Build systems that can scale beyond your individual capacity

Shape the Future of Our Partnership Division

  • Provide direct input into product strategy based on partner feedback
  • Stay ahead of market trends to inform our partnership roadmap
  • Help define future roles and structure for the partnerships team
  • Balance immediate execution with long-term strategic planning
  • This role requires an exceptional self-starter who can thrive without established processes, enjoys building from zero, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll need to be comfortable being the only person focused on partnerships while setting up the foundation for future scale.

What You Bring

We're seeking an exceptional professional who can both strategize and execute, building our partnership function from the ground up.

Core Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven success in partnerships, sales, or business development
  • Strong track record in both D2C and B2B environments
  • Demonstrated ability to independently close and manage high-value partnerships
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and attribution platforms (Overflow)

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator, both written and verbal
  • Strategic researcher with data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Natural relationship builder with proven outreach success
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguity

Bonus Qualifications

  • Background in financial education or alternative investments
  • Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Track record in early-stage startups or building programs from scratch
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies
