Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will conduct organizational program reviews (e.g., position structures, audits, studies for reorganizations) to identify position management needs for an organization.
- You will conduct job analysis (e.g., review position description, classification standards, performance standards) for a variety of occupational series and grades.
- You will propose solutions to human resources development issues for which previous studies or established techniques are inadequate.
- You will provide advice on the establishment of positions and the ramifications of classification actions.
