Job Summary
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of BOXABL. Primary duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to address inquiries, participating in meetings with the client services team to explore new communication strategies, and maintaining expert knowledge of company products or services to provide the best possible support. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with investors and must be comfortable engaging in investor relations to support company growth and communication.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide introductory information to new customers.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Follow up with clients or customers to confirm continued satisfaction with purchases.
- Vet incoming calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries to ensure they are routed to the appropriate channels.
- Advise customers or clients about additional products or services.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate internal or external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with investors and ensure transparent communication to support business objectives.
