Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop accurate architectural drawings and plans.
- Use CAD software to create detailed construction documents and design layouts.
- Assist in developing project specifications and ensuring adherence to design standards.
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to provide design input during the build process.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to inform accurate designs.
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- A strong background in residential remodeling or construction drafting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role; open to candidates with minimal experience but a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
