We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Office Coordinator to join our dental office in Allentown, PA.
Practice Location: SmileKrafters - 1247 S Cedar Crest Blvd SUITE 300, Allentown, PA 18103
Prior Dental Office Experience Is Required.
Schedule: Mon to Fri (9am-5pm)

Responsibilities
- Appointment scheduling and answering phone calls - ensuring that doctor's schedule is appropriately filled.
- Tracking pre-auths and bring patients back in for appointments once their pre-auths are approved.
- Greet and welcome patients in the office, check-in, collecting payments, checkout.
- Explaining treatment plans, financing options and providing patients with accurate estimates. Familiarity with ADA codes is necessary.
- Coordinate referrals with specialists
- Maintain day to day office communications
- Other duties as assigned
