Position Responsibilities
- Formulate finished product to customer specifications using ingredient characteristics from lot information
- Responsible for interpreting and calculating finished product ingredients
- Download reports from SAP and manipulate in Excel
- Provides administrative, technical, and/or specialized support to Plant Operations
- Performs complex, non-repetitive work assignments that may require advanced skills
- Supports multiple areas, including production, warehouse, and quality
- Interact with Olam corporate customer operations as well as customers themselves
- Schedule production orders daily
- Balance and closes production process orders daily
- Perform growers’ financial maintenance reporting during dehydration season
- File as needed
- Ability to use sound judgment in making support specialist-oriented decisions
- Ability to work accurately with numbers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is required and SAP a plus.
- Exceptional 10-key skills to manage high volume, must pass test
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal & teamwork skills with ability to relate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to achieve objectives in an environment of changing priorities, high pressure and fast pace
- Problem solving skills such as ability to learn quickly, resourcefulness, flexibility, ability to influence
