Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's personal schedule, appointments, and household logistics.
• Oversee personal travel planning, reservations, and itinerary coordination.
• Handle errands, shopping, and various personal tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and household staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with event planning, dinner reservations, and social engagements.
• Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a high-level executive.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally.
• Tech-savvycomfortable using calendars, task management apps, and email organization tools.
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
