Customer Service Assistant

Purpose: The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for answering the Company’s phone line, fielding customer questions, and routing/distributing calls accordingly. Additional duties to be assigned as required.

Essential Duties

• Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (Avg. 80 calls per day)
• Accurate routing and distribution of incoming customer phone calls
• Answer customer inquiries
• Become knowledgeable with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Meet weekly reporting goals
• General office duties as requested by manager or supervisor.
