You will collaborate with leaders at all levels, helping to shape and impact our future. Role-Specific Contributions

  • Project Management:
  • Serves in a consultative manner to senior leaders and other members of management in the areas of data analysis, process, and alignment.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Training and Mentoring:
  • Train and mentor Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and techniques.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and facilitate process management training for department leaders.
  • Change Management
  • Manage change initiatives related to process improvements.
  • Address resistance and facilitate smooth transitions during process changes.
  • Ensure that changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Comfortable influencing without formal authority.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest Six Sigma trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Encourage the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance process performance.


Managerial Responsibilities

The position has no direct reports but is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned project teams.


Education And/or Experience

This role requires Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of eight years in a previous process improvement role and Bachelor’s degree. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
