Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Recruiter who will play a critical role in our talent acquisition process. This position requires a dynamic individual who is not only skilled in recruitment strategies but also deeply involved in every stage of the hiring process, particularly for complex engineering, business development, and corporate positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure that we attract and secure top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.

  • Actively engage in the entire recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry events to find and attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for complex engineering roles, including technical assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with corporate leaders to identify and recruit top talent for business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Source and assess candidates for corporate positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to fill a variety of positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance driven environment where quality is critical
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Able to work cooperatively in a team.

Hiring Requirements
