As a Construction Estimator, you'll not only play a vital role in our projects—inspecting roofs, engaging with customers, and ensuring seamless operations—but you'll also have the opportunity to earn significantly. We offer uncapped commission based on your full sales ticket prices. Team members can achieve earnings of $100K or more, so if you’re driven and eager to maximize your income, we want to hear from you!

At Garcia Roofing, we hire exceptional individuals who align with our values. Candidates must provide up to five professional references (including past managers, colleagues, and direct reports) and call their references to prepare them for our contact.

All offers are contingent on successful reference checks.

Role And Responsibilities But Not Limited To

• Measure roofing and repair projects to provide accurate estimates.
• Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage, taking care while walking on roofs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers at every stage of the project.
• Thoroughly document and manage customer information in Garcia’s CRM system.
• Oversee and manage your roofing and large project for a hassle-free, customer experience.
• Generate leads by canvassing during off-peak seasons to boost business.
• Climbing roofs is an essential part of this role.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof and attic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive problem-solving attitude.

General Information

• Uncapped commission based on the ticket price.
• Salary Plus Commission or Commission only plans
• Company-provided vehicle and gas card (For work-use Only)
• Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
