Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you a customer service rockstar with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a dynamic office environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you on our team! As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office, the go-to problem solver, and the organizational force behind the scenes.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Every day will bring new challenges, giving you the chance to showcase your adaptability and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Office Ambassador: Greet visitors with a friendly smile, ensure they feel welcome, and provide directions or assistance as needed. Manage visitor access, validate parking, and keep our front desk operations seamless.
  • Create a Seamless Communication Experience: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, take messages, and ensure callers receive the information they need.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Receive and process mail and packages, oversee conference room bookings, and assist with promotional item distribution. Process outgoing vendor checks and maintain logs.
  • Maintain a Professional & Polished Environment: Keep the lobby, Boardroom, and common areas tidy and presentable. Represent the company with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Support Office Operations: Track physical plant issues and coordinate with property management. Manage office and kitchen supply inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and organized. Maintain postage supplies and oversee parking stamp distribution.
  • Make an Impact Beyond the Desk: Assist with special projects, support company events, and step in where needed to ensure our team’s success.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (or a mix of education and experience).
  • A natural ability to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service.

If you love being the glue that holds everything together and enjoy making a workplace feel welcoming and efficient, we’d love to hear from you!
