We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Admin. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualities such as excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Position Summary:

This Site Admin position is responsible for handling the day-to-day maintenance of schedule coverage for Mulligan Security. This position requires the individual to be a well-organized, detail oriented, resourceful professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete Roll Calls for all sites. Informing Director and above of results of all via email.
  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Print timesheets from the Master Schedule for the Supervisors.
  • Check the Master schedule and call in at least 5-6 32hrs flex officers to come in as standby for each tour.
  • Notify the Director of the Officer who failed to show for duty and name of officer holding. Attempt to contact officer that did not show. Immediately attempt to find relief for officer holding. Overtime is to be used as a last resort.
  • Update Separation List
  • Inform all via email when coverage is found and ETA of officer.
  • Receive all incoming calls and properly direct caller, if it is an officer reporting emergency take all information and relay it properly to Field Team (Rovers), Director and above. In the event of a reported Emergency or Incident at a site: Immediately notify Account Manager/Director to respond to site.
  • Via Email report incident to Director of site and above and who is responding. Relay any directions from Director or above to officer.
  • Should you not receive an email from Director or above immediately contact by phone Director or Senior/Executive Director.
  • Advise all via email of the Final for incident.
  • Admin’s will complete a Tour Report at the end of each tour and send via email to Director and Senior/Executive Director. Receive and give direction to the officer.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods.
  • Valid security guard license required prior to assignment.
  • Must have at least 2 years of security experience
  • Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience: 1+ years in a Supervisory role
