What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and mapping out our entire year of events – you're the mastermind behind where we'll be and when
- Bringing trade shows to life – from picking the perfect spot to making our booth the talk of the show
- Meeting and working directly with Vyper’s partners, influencers and celebrities
- Creating eye-catching displays that make people stop in their tracks
- Managing budgets and tracking ROI to maximize our event investments
- Working directly with show organizers on technical requirements and specifications
- Coordinating all the behind-the-scenes logistics (shipping, electrical, setup crews, etc)
- Getting everything ready ahead of time (marketing materials, booth design, crate, product, etc)
- Building an awesome event team and keeping everyone pumped and ready to go
- Working with our partners to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Making sure each event is better than the last while staying within budget
- Traveling across the country (this is a 100% travel position – home is where the trade show / event is)
- Thinking up new ways to wow our customers
- Keeping track of what works and what doesn't
- Someone who's done this before (at least 5 years of running events)
- A natural leader who can keep a team motivated and on track
- Super organized – you can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball
- Laser-focused on getting things done and hitting deadlines
- Hungry for success and always pushing to make each event better than the last
- A great communicator who can sell our vision to anyone – from vendors to VIPs
- Extremely reliable – when you say it'll get done, it gets done
- Someone who stays cool under pressure
- A people person who loves meeting new faces
- Someone who loves to travel / explore the country
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the resourcefulness to tackle challenges independently
- Must be comfortable driving a pickup truck with a trailer in tow, as frequent travel to events will require driving long distances
