What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities with precision and efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and strict safety protocols
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and healthcare facility representatives
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain top-quality standards
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare construction regulations
• Keep accurate project records, including daily logs and safety reports
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, ideally in healthcare or medical imaging facility renovations
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Effective leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to dynamic work environments
