We are looking for a CDL Site Administrator at our Muncie Testing facility. The CDL Test Site Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support at the testing facility

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Complies with all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
• Welcome on-site visitors.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Schedule testing services.
• Take payments for services rendered.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed such as detailed reporting, administration of checking account, and data entry.
• Some very local travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skillset

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A state background check and IN BMV approval and training is required.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Basic bookkeeping experience and computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to take responsibility for results.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
