SUMMARY
Responsible for processing jackpots, W2Gs, specialty fills and assisting with all guest concerns and/or needs in an assigned area. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and internal and external regulations. Ensures excellent guest service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Performs customer service calls in an assigned area, which may encompass up to 400 slot machines.
2. Troubleshoots slot machine problems and clears simple jams. Notifies slot technicians of more serious malfunctions. Maintains ticket levels in slot machines according to company and departmental policies and procedures.
3. Ensures superior guest service by taking a proactive approach with guests. Greets guests with eye contact and a smile and offers help whenever possible.
4. Pays jackpots in accordance with company and departmental policies. Responsible for the accurate accounting of money pouch and assigned floor bank.
5. Identifies and resolves guest concerns by continually patrolling the assigned work area.
6. Participates in departmental brainstorming meetings.
7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic working knowledge of slot machine payouts and schedules, usually acquired through one to three years of related experience.
3. Ability to perform basic computer skills to accurately process jackpots and W2Gs.
4. Professional appearance and positive company image to the public.
5. Understanding of Regulation 6A. Must be 21 years old and able to obtain all necessary regulatory permits.
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
7. Mobility throughout the casino. Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Walking, meeting, and greeting guests in gaming areas. Weekend and evening work may be required. Must work calmly under stress during peak business times. Standing and walking for extended periods. Tolerance for secondary smoke and high noise levels.

Front-line supervision of slot change persons and cashiers. Reports to Director of Slot Operations. Handles currency jams, hopper fills, and verifies opening and closing banks.
