Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to manage content distribution across all social media channels. This role will focus on increasing visibility, driving inbound engagement, and expanding our online presence by interacting with relevant social media groups and communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Take company-generated content and strategically post across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Engagement & Community Building: Actively participate in industry-related groups, discussions, and forums to build brand awareness.
• Inbound Lead Generation: Create visibility for inbound leads by leveraging social engagement, strategic content placement, and trending discussions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Attend company-wide meetings to gain insights into products, services, and industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve content performance and audience reach.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, AI, and technology to align with current digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
• Ability to engage with online communities and foster discussions.
• A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) for creating social media visuals.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and paid social media advertising.
• Previous experience managing a professional brand’s social media presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
