The Recruiter will focus on the sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of qualified candidates. Activities and responsibilities will include placing advertisements, organizing job fairs and campaigns, screening applicants, and seeing candidates through the selection and on-boarding process. This recruiter must possess a professional, positive demeanor and be readily able to reach out to hiring managers to assess open positions and candidates. Additionally, this person must be innovative, task-oriented, and determined in developing techniques and activities that attract talent to the organization. This is an fast-paced and unique opportunity to develop best-practices in human services recruiting.

Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in an HR administrative or recruiting function
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Recources, Busines Adminstration, or a relared field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for academic training
