CRM Report Developer

As the CRM Report Developer, you will assist with the development and maintenance of SSRS reports. Additionally, this professional will work closely with our Account and Sales teams to manage and develop reports for a wide range of clients.

Your Impact:
- Work closely with all levels of end users to develop reports which will be used for strategic business decisions.
- Maintain data integrity, ongoing quality control and performance of delivered reports.
- Document detailed report specifications including both the technical specifications and a summary of the report.
- Complete thorough unit testing of reports prior to handoff for functional and/or integrated testing.
- Create and edit Stored Procedures, Views, Functions and Queries on SQL Server to pull required data for reporting purposes using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Monitor stored procedures, execution time, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Perform query tuning and analysis.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, programming, business intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and creating complex reports.
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills.
- Highly knowledgeable in developing Microsoft SQL stored procedures and views.
- Ability to develop complex reports and perform detailed analysis and correspondence.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with report solutions (SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, Logi, etc…)
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task project schedules.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Above-average troubleshooting skills.
