Rite Window is experiencing an exciting transformation, and we are in search of Retail Sales Associate to lead our company into its next phase. We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate who specializes in customer-facing sales at major retail locations. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about engaging with customers and assisting them in scheduling complimentary in-home consultations for products of their choice.

THE ROLE: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in attracting new clients. You will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services, conducting market research, developing business strategies and pitches, and new business opportunities.

Travel Requirement: This role requires travel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Embrace and promote the company’s vision and mission, striving to achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Create customer demand by prospecting into new and existing customers using phone, email, and social media engagement
  • Participate in regular role-playing and messaging exercises to sharpen your skills
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective demand generation strategies
  • Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents
  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities and partners
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in high volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Additional Desired Skills

  • Customer-facing or retail sales experience
  • Strong operational management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
