Company Description
We are a 10-attorney San Ramon litigation defense firm specializing in medical malpractice. We represent medical centers, physicians, and other health care professionals in medical professional liability actions.
Role Description
We have an immediate opening for a full-time associate with at least 0-5 years of experience in litigation. Medical malpractice is helpful, but not necessary. The first six months of training requires full-time in-office, but transitions to hybrid in-office/remote once training is complete.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
Qualifications
Responsibilities include: court appearances, drafting motions, conducting depositions, discovery, summarizing medical records and pre-trial/arbitration work. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and includes an excellent support staff. We have a robust document management system, which maximizes attorney productivity both remotely and on-site.
