Description
Execute precise finish work on trailers, ensuring high quality installations of doors, trim, vanities, and accessories.
Essential Functions
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
Desired: 5+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field. Trade school education or certification in carpentry preferred.
Work Environment
This is a production classification, and employees work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, heavy equipment, and machinery.
Physical Demands
Accurate hand/eye coordination is required. Finger dexterity is required, as well as hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull. Work involves considerable standing, stooping, bending, or sitting for long periods of time. May lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Execute precise finish work on trailers, ensuring high quality installations of doors, trim, vanities, and accessories.
Essential Functions
- Install exterior components such as handles, stairs, spare tires, and tire mounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Utilize metal and aluminum trim to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of RV interiors.
- Install various accessories including faucets, sinks, toilet dispensers, and towel dispensers according to specifications.
- Perform painting and touch-up work as needed to ensure a flawless finish on RV exteriors.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate projects and ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Basic framing carpentry knowledge.
- Knowledge of various wood sizes and types.
- Familiarity with metal trim and Nudo trim installation.
- Experience in installing decking on metal frames.
- Understanding of basic mathematical equations for layout and installation.
- Knowledge of door installation procedures.
- Attention to detail and precision cutting skills.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineer drawings.
