Overview

Rebel Labs is looking for high-energy, driven individuals at the University of Florida who want real-world startup experience. As we scale our nootropic energy pouches, we need a team that’s willing to grind, adapt, and build something massive. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, operations, and brand-building while working alongside the founders and top-tier advisors, including the former CEO of G FUEL (sold for $250M).

Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Marketing
  • Engage in on-campus marketing efforts (flyering, tabling, networking events).
  • Help organize and execute UF activations and sampling events.
  • Work with content creators to push viral marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and test new grassroots marketing ideas that drive brand awareness.
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Help create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Support filming, editing, and distributing brand content.
  • Engage with influencers and UF student communities to drive organic growth.
Sales & Business Development
  • Work on building relationships with student organizations, Greek life, and clubs.
  • Assist in regional sales efforts by gathering insights and networking.
  • Represent the brand at UF’s Big Idea Pitch Competition and other events.
Operations & Strategy
  • Help with product distribution, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Assist with data collection, feedback loops, and strategy sessions.
  • Work directly with the founders & advisors to implement growth strategies.
