• Job Title: Accounting / Office Clerk
• Location: Southeast Houston area
• Pay: $21-$26 per hour
• Hours: M-F, 8-5
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties

• A/P - verify and enter invoices, match invoices to PO's, update vendor statements, etc.
• A/R - review and process invoices – verify all information, check payment status, email invoices, filing of unpaid invoices, collections - calls/emails, post payments in QuickBooks
• Provide general office support as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years Accounting experience
• Must be good with numbers and have a strong attention to detail
• Proficient skills in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, Outlook required
• Good tenure on previous jobs is a must
