- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California
- Willing to travel. Sacramento, North Sacramento, Downtown, Elk Grove. All surrounding areas.
- Must have experience in Home Health
- Must have own vehicle with current insurance to use for job. Some mileage reimbursement available
- Pay: $120-$200/visit/dependent on distance
