Qualifications

• The qualified individual should have 2 years of relevant experience, be highly organized, excellent at working with and motivating people, have strong communication and computer skills
• Verifiable work and professional references (being eligible for rehire)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Have your own reliable vehicle
• Mature, compassionate, caring, punctual and reliable
• Must be able to read, write, speak, English
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding..
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Recruiting and on-boarding caregivers.
• In addition, the position will maintain employee files, perform background checks
• Run ads as needed; find new media sources to run ads
• Mine recruitment databases weekly for new caregiver applicants
• Track responses to all ads and other recruitment sources
• Routinely identify new avenues to recruit caregivers
• Takes on-call as scheduled
• Cover emergent shifts as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensación: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
