What You'll Do
- Lead daily civil grading and earthwork operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment operators.
- Ensure grading accuracy, soil compaction, and site safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain a high-performance workforce.
- Troubleshoot field challenges and make real-time decisions.
- Experienced Leader - Proven track record as a Foreman in earthwork & grading.
- Technical Skills - Ability to read grading plans, blueprints, and use GPS for precise execution.
- Equipment Knowledge - Strong background in heavy machinery and civil site work.
- Commitment to Safety - Uphold the highest jobsite safety standards.
