Construction Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Industrial/Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple industrial and commercial construction projects. This role involves managing project financials, scheduling, customer relations, and quality control while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong estimating, contract management, and scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimating & Cost Control:
• Estimate industrial and commercial construction projects accurately.
• Create scopes of work for contract development.
• Mark up monthly requisitions and ensure accurate project billing.
• Project Planning & Scheduling:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate utility applications and infrastructure planning.
• Oversee punch list completion and final project closeout.
• Contract & Documentation Management:
• Review and submit submittals to design professionals.
• Prepare contract documents, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Maintain and issue meeting minutes and project reports.
• Customer & Vendor Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure project quality control and compliance with all regulatory standards.
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in industrial construction.
• 2+ years of estimating experience with proficiency in industrial and commercial construction estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software (ProEst, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from ASPE or other industry-recognized certifications.

Work Location:

This position is based at Construction Services Inc.'s main office, with required travel to project sites as needed. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
