Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented President to lead our organization through its next phase of growth. The President will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve financial goals. This role requires a leader with strong experience in scaling businesses, preferably in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with company goals and industry trends.
• Operational Oversight: Drive operational efficiency across all departments, including retail, manufacturing, cultivation, and distribution.
• Financial Management: Work with the finance team to set and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business activities comply with state and federal cannabis regulations.
• Team Building & Culture: Cultivate a positive, collaborative workplace culture; mentor and manage department heads and employees.
• Customer Experience: Oversee initiatives to improve the customer experience, building brand loyalty and trust.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry partners.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field with a MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of executive experience, ideally in cannabis or other regulated industries, with a title of Vice President or higher.
• Over 10 years of retail experience
• Experience managing teams of 300 people or more
• Experience managing multiple departments within an organization
• Proven track record of scaling companies and achieving financial targets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to reside within 15 miles of Company’s headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida
