Join a mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization as a Registered Nurse on the on-call team. Responsibilities include triaging patient symptoms over the phone, making home visits, and providing symptom management. Candidates should have strong assessment skills, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of hospice or palliative experience (or 2 years of oncology nursing). Shifts available from 1 am to 10 am or 4 pm to 1 am on select days, with per diem and full-time options. Full-time roles offer a $5000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and a 403(b) plan.
