HR Generalist

HR Generalist (Temp - 3 Months)

You are a resourceful and organized HR professional with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in HR. Your expertise allows you to quickly adapt and hit the ground running in this 3-month temporary role, providing critical HR administrative support, managing paperwork, verifying I-9s, and contributing to key HR projects with confidence and efficiency.

This position pays: 30-35/hr

Location: Napa, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing administrative support for HR operations
• Completing and auditing HR paperwork and documentation
• Conducting I-9 verifications
• Assisting with HR projects and reporting tasks
• Pulling and analyzing reports using MS Excel
• Maintaining organizational systems and ensuring compliance
  
  

What You Bring

• HR generalist background with a solid understanding of HR processes
• Tech-savviness and intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Exceptional organizational and auditing skills
• Detail-oriented and resourceful approach to problem-solving
