We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People team. As the TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function, playing a meaningful role as a company ambassador. Prioritizing a world-class candidate experience! Reporting into the Head of Talent.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People team. As the TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function, playing a meaningful role as a company ambassador. Prioritizing a world-class candidate experience! Reporting into the Head of Talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong external (candidate) and internal (Hiring Managers, etc.) relationships - being a reliable resource on the People team
- Scheduling & coordination of candidate interviews - across multiple time zones
- Ensure proper ATS (Comeet) hygiene - including uploading all sources and candidates, templates, interview process, feedback, and more
- Manage posting and cadence of job postings
- Attend internal role kick-off meetings to better understand the recruitment process and prioritize expectations
- Reference Checks
- Generate recruiting metrics and other reports, as needed
- Participate in ad hoc projects, as needed
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 2+ years in a Coordinator position, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruiting
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent email and calendar management skills
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Ability to handle complex details with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work with a sense of urgency
- Location: Must be based in Eastern Time Zone - ability to be hybrid NYC/WFH preferred
- Startup environment
- Industry experience - Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Staffing
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
- Working across multiple time zones
- Current/Previous WFH experience
- Sourcing experience
