Brand Associate

Driving the dialogue with the ELOREA community and supporting our customer through every step of the journey. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, service-oriented, and cares deeply about our customer experiences with the brand.

The ELOREA team is dedicated to the unique Korean concept of Jeong, the pursuit of collective social responsibility within all of us. We're looking for an individual who approaches work and life with a helpful attitude and a desire to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent voice across all touch points with the ELOREA community and be beyond helpful to customers.
• Work on the front lines providing a support experience that is human and honest.
• Provide customer feedback and insights to cross-functional team members.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Serve as an ambassador of our customer-centric approach, implement a creative problem-solving mindset, and leave every customer with a pleasant experience.
• Look critically at your deliverables and take ownership of your role.
• It's a frustrating job at times. Keep a level head under pressure. The team will support you when things get rough.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year customer support experience with email, live chat, and phone.
• Exceptional communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.
• Experience in Ecommerce, Retail, or a Customer Service focused industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Zendesk, and experience with live messaging platforms.
• Bilingual English & Korean, but not required.
