About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and skillful Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level. You’ll be leading a talented team, driving big ideas, and turning strategies into measurable success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building strong teams and creating campaigns that deliver real results.
What You'll Do
- Lead the charge on a long-term marketing plan that aligns with our company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of our marketing team, ensuring high-quality work and smooth collaboration.
- Work closely with our Sales and Product teams to improve our products and create compelling marketing materials.
- Bring creative ideas to life while measuring their impact and ensuring they are driving results.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in tech or IT.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and strategic planning.
- Experience in leading a department.
- Experience managing budgets and resources.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Results-focused mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity marketing.
- Base salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.
- Full-time position with health & dental insurance.
- Hybrid work environment.
- Paid time off and federal holidays.
