About The Role

As the Account Manager, you will manage and expand relationships with large, strategic accounts. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by engaging with our existing high-value customers, identifying their unique needs, and expanding the revenue opportunities inside of these organizations. You will work closely with the Customer Success, RevOps, and Marketing teams. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Sales.

What You’ll Do

Manage Relationships And Drive Revenue

  • Establish strong relationships with the highest value customers at Giftogram
  • Strategize expansion opportunities with existing contacts and new contacts inside of these organizations.
  • Think outside the box to develop different approaches and strategies as we build out a new part of the business.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and account management.
  • Develop customized product demonstrations and proposals to showcase value.

Collaboration And Strategy

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement Account Management team playbooks and structure.
  • Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to establish strong processes and feedback loops as the main customer point person.
  • Be comfortable working closely with data and making informed decisions based on it.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of SaaS or e-commerce sales or AM experience, with a focus on enterprise or large-account sales.
  • Proven success driving revenue from a large book of business
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Results-driven and resourceful, with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary range of $70k-$80k + a commission structure capped up to $40k per year + equity potential
