Education

• Degree in Horticulture or other relevant area of study--preferred
  
  

Licenses and Certifications

• Driver's license
• Green Industry certifications, or ability and desire to obtain

Experience

• Sufficient relevant landscape industry experience (will consider earlier in career candidates)
• Sufficient customer service and account management experience
• Aspire or similar industry software--preferred
• Landscaping experience with HOAs / multifamily properties--preferred
  
  

Compensation

• $115K to $120K
• Performance based bonus potential
