Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our real estate team as our Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients experience a seamless, personalized, and exceptional, while also driving our marketing efforts and maintaining efficient operations. This position requires a highly organized, collaborative, flexible and detail-oriented individual. As part of our team, you will embody our commitment to creating lasting relationships with our clients and maintaining a high standard of excellence across all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities

○ Proficiency in marketing software and tools (ex: Canva, Mailchimp, Google

Analytics, etc)

○ Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

○ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

○ Manage the team's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate

meetings.

○ Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy, welcoming office environment.

○ Maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and other

industry partners.

○ Support the team with various administrative tasks, as needed.

○ Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems,

policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, marketing,
  
  

and/or operations, preferably in real estate.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  
  

and maintain client relationships.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  
  

environment.

• Washington State Real Estate Licensed is preferred
• Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm, in office
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events or
  
  

deadlines, as needed.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
