Join our team in Western WA! Renewal by Andersen is looking for an Event and Retail Marketer Team Lead to add to our highly successful event marketing team. Our marketing team is made up of top performers that focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market. This is a two-fold position that will be responsible for supporting the team growth as well as assisting in the growth of our customer base by arranging and hosting promotional events and retail booths.

Events Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new event and retail outlet opportunities within the community as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Event and Retail Promoters
  • Work alongside Coordinators and the Event Supervisor to ensure all event and retail shifts are attended
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Ensure that all paperwork and trackers are being updated in a timely manner
  • Generate and qualify sales leads by engaging with the customers while at events and retail outlets
  • Achieve sales goals outlined by the management and consistently grow our customer base to meet the company’s financial objectives
  • Support recruitment efforts and new candidates through training and maintain communication with supervisors to support our recruitment funnel
  • Support the team of marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Maintain excellent communication
  • Support the development of our culture with the team through role modeling desired behaviors and techniques
  • Assist in touch points with team members that supports the best practices for performance management on a regular basis

Promotional Marketing Responsibilities

  • Responsible for booking potential customers for a free no-obligation window consultation at various venues in your territory
  • Set up top quality booth spaces at promotional venues
  • Work with supervisors to support design consultant integration with the events department
  • Communicate with all other departments to ensure best practices are being maintained
  • Welcome customers and provide them general information on our products
  • Support the team of marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Meet or exceed department goals

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
  • Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent training and coaching skills
  • Ability to understand the role of marketing communications and sales promotion
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be proficient in the MS Office
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel is required
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
