About Job

We are seeking a dedicated and professional receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our organization. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Fresno, CA

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Address client inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
