Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for attending court hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal motions, taking and defending depositions, and other litigation-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Law degree and admission to the California state bar
- Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Familiarity with state and federal courts and procedures
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Preferred to be able to attend in person court hearings, site inspections, etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area
