We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Developer with expertise in PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Development, UI/UX, and Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and user experiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies.

• PowerApps & Power BI: Design and implement custom PowerApps solutions and interactive Power BI dashboards to drive business insights.

• SharePoint Development: Build and enhance SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and integrations to improve collaboration and productivity.

• UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across applications.

• Microsoft Dynamics Integration: Work with MS Dynamics 365 to develop and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

• Agile Development: Participate in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

• Process Automation & Efficiency: Leverage Power Automate to create workflow automations that enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and document development processes, best practices, and technical guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a Microsoft-based environment.

• Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint Development, and MS Dynamics 365.

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Experience designing and implementing user-friendly UI/UX solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile development environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations with third-party services.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Previous experience developing applications for government, enterprise, or non-profit organizations.
