Position Overview
V3 Electric is seeking an Operations Secretary to join our Pipeline Success Team, ensuring the smooth progression of solar projects from contract to installation. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of solar project milestones to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview
V3 Electric is seeking an Operations Secretary to join our Pipeline Success Team, ensuring the smooth progression of solar projects from contract to installation. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of solar project milestones to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & manage solar projects through all key milestones, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, permitting, installation) to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays.
- Communicate with customers regarding project status, documentation, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with utility and jurisdictional requirements.
- Update and maintain records in internal systems for accurate reporting.
- Familiarity with solar project milestones (e.g., permitting, interconnection, PTO).
- Experience in project coordination or administrative roles (solar industry preferred).
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with both customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in tracking & updating project data in CRM or project management tools.
