We’re looking for a dynamic individual to fill a dual-role position as a Quality Analyst & Administrative Assistant. This role is integral to ensuring the quality of our deliverables while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our team through administrative excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Analyst & Administrative Assistant *IN OFFICE* at Ingenium Imaging Services, you will:

Quality Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate, and validate data collected from field operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with field technicians and project managers to address discrepancies and improve workflows.
  • Create detailed reports highlighting quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits of completed deliverables to verify compliance with company and client standards.
  • Assist in developing quality assurance processes and documentation.


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
  • Manage company email accounts, correspondence, and communications.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems for projects and internal operations.
  • Order and track office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address data inconsistencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience in quality assurance, administrative support, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
