Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in supporting the modernization of our healthcare program and the maintenance of a legacy application. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the successful delivery of projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, guiding them in the implementation of Scrum practices and principles.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the modernization of the healthcare program, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance Agile practices and delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt.
  • Ensure that Agile metrics and progress reports are accurately maintained and communicated to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and synchronization of efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the healthcare and health insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
