As the Executive Support Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency by leading a high-performing team dedicated to supporting company leadership. This position requires a balance of operational oversight and hands-on involvement, ensuring seamless delivery of service while directly contributing to the productivity of executives. You will be responsible for cultivating a team culture that thrives on excellence, innovation, and adaptability, building a support system that acts as a vital engine for company success. Your leadership will empower the team to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results that enhance overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the support team: Lead and manage a team of assistants who support multiple managers
  • Act as an executive assistant for one or more managers: Support individuals within the company (in addition to managing other executive support colleagues)
  • Ensure calendars are managed well: Ensure effective prioritization of meetings
  • Facilitate Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate between the Executive Support team and other teams
  • Enhance productivity: Use tools and processes to improve productivity
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Make sure that meetings are well-run
  • Oversee travel coordination: Supervise the planning and management of domestic and international travel
  • Support confidentiality: Handle sensitive and non-routine information with discretion and integrity
  • Help with on-site support: Ensure physical workspaces are organized and well-run (in coordination with the facilities team)
  • Oversee event and meeting Logistics: Coordinate meetings and events, including technology needs
  • Collaborate on Technology Needs: Liaise with IT to resolve any technical

Requirements

  • 2+ years leading an executive support team
  • Proven skills supporting multiple managers
  • A track record of effective leadership of executive support teams
  • A bachelor's degree (a plus)

Other

  • Ability to lift 15 pounds
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
